About Martine

Martine's  practice was established in 2004 after studying at the McTimoney college of Chiropractic for four years on the BSc (Hons) Chiropractic course.

Martine then continued her studies at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic completing a further two years on the PGDip Animal Manipulation.

Martine has established a good clientele with many regular patients. She finds that word of mouth is her best form of advertising.

Martine has competed in all disciplines of riding from pony club and riding club, both astride and side saddle, to affiliated competitions on her own horses and for owners.

She also has a wide range of experience with horses, she has her BHS and side saddle instructors qualifications.

Martine has ridden racehorses, including helping to break them. She has schooled, retrained and backed horses.

Martine also has experience in assisting with foaling and looking after stud horses.

Martine is married with two active children (who often experience Martines healing hands!), a dog, five horses and 20 plus chickens.

Martine has always wanted to be a McTimoney Chiropractor since seeing a demonstration at a local riding club at the age of 11, since then she has worked hard to fulfil her dream.

Martine was asked to write an article for Chiltern & Thames Rider.
